In a momentous event, students from Bihar were honored by His Excellency, the President of Mauritius. The ceremony was a significant part of the Quality Youth Innovative Summit held in Mauritius from July 22-27, 2024.
Adding to the pride, the Bihar prayer song resonated on the Mauritius stage at Indira Gandhi Centre for Indian Culture, Indian High Commission, Mauritius. The performance by the talented students Akhil and Sharjeel of Kainat International School, Kainat Nagar, Kako, Jehanabad, Bihar, India displayed their culture through Bihar rajya geet.
Shakil Ahmed Kakvi, leading the Kainat team, presented the Indian emblem to His Excellency, the President of Mauritius, as a gesture of goodwill and cultural exchange and invited His Excellency to come and trace the roots back in Bihar, to know and visit the ancestral village in Bihar.
The team of Kainat Foundation, Kainat International School, led by Shakil Ahmed Kakvi and students Akhil Kumar and Sharjeel Ahmad Kakvi, participated actively in different events of the summit. Their remarkable achievements were recognized with Sharjeel Kakvi winning the Best International Speaker Award 24 and both Akhil Kumar and Sharjeel Ahmed Kakvi jointly receiving the Juran Excellence Case Study Award on the topic “Bridge the gap between traditional and Modern Education”, Sponsor a child for education under innovative Kainat project, Educate non school going children by involving school going students”.
The Excellence award is honored by Madhukar Narayan, Chairman of Mauritius Quality Control circle and Director General of the World Council for Total Quality and Excellence Education to Shakil Ahmed Kakvi, Chairman of Kainat International School for his paper presentation on “The need to enhance the social values of teachers at all stages”.
Furthermore, the team was honored with medals at the World Hindi Secretariat in Mauritius for their outstanding performance in the Kavi Sammelan (poetry recitation).
This event marks a significant achievement for Kainat International School, Bihar and highlights the exceptional talents of its students on an international platform.
