On 16th October 2024, Kainat International School celebrated “World Food Day”, with a focus on raising awareness about global hunger and the critical issue of proper nutrition. Both students and teachers came together to discuss these pressing challenges and emphasize the importance of ensuring that everyone has access to adequate food and nutrition.
Through discussions, presentations, and interactive sessions, students were educated on the impact of hunger across the world, especially in impoverished regions. The event highlighted the importance of balanced nutrition and the need for collective efforts to reach out to as many people as possible, helping combat malnutrition and food insecurity.
The teachers encouraged students to take action in their communities, spreading awareness about the significance of food security and the steps individuals can take to contribute to a world free from hunger. The event aimed to foster a sense of social responsibility among the students and to inspire them to advocate for change on this global issue.
Kainat International School remains committed to educating its students on critical global issues like hunger, ensuring they are not only informed but also empowered to make a difference.
